• Order(s) mean a request by you to purchase Service(s) from Us.

• Website refers to takeonweb, accessible from takeonweb.com

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

You are entitled to cancel Your Order and terminate service at any time if you decide not to work with us. Upon cancellation, billing will stop, and no further services will be provided.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Complete refunds are available only within 5 days of the original purchase date. To request a full refund within this period, please inform us by email at info@takeonweb.com.
• If you decide to discontinue the service between 5 and 30 days from the start of the service, a partial refund will be issued based on the deliverables provided up to that date.
• For service cancellations beyond the 30-day period, you may terminate the service, but no refunds will be issued. Billing will cease for subsequent months or quarters, depending on your initial billing structure.

Conditions for Refunds

Since our services are not tangible products and cannot be returned, the following conditions apply to refunds:

1. 5-Day Full Refund Window: Full refunds are available only within 5 days of purchase.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility: If services are terminated between 5 and 30 days, relevant charges based on the completed deliverables will be deducted from the refund.
3. No Refund After 30 Days: After the initial 30 days, refunds will not be processed. However, you may still choose to discontinue the service at any time, ending any further billing.
